The Walls That Bind UsWe are united in blinding ignorance.  In the Age of Man, we are a withering rose. The brilliant red of it fading away into darkness.  A darkness that is lit with the dull flame of a long forgotten candle , that the winds of time constantly attempt to blow out with the whispers of a thousand lies.  
 I have voiced my ideas, and yet here I lay in my own cell, a prisoner of my beliefs. A prisoner of truth.  How I long to walk those once glistening cobblestone streets, but they are forgotten and newly paved with horrible black cement. Making the nights all the more darker.  This world I live in, it is The Walls That Bind Us

Veronica MinogueI think I'm a hypocrite.  As a female, I have certain prejudices against men. For example, disloyalty.  Yet, as I sit here, right next to my boyfriend, Daniel, I can't help drooling over the little Columbian-Italian dish at the front of the class. He's giving his speech and I have no clue what he's saying. I'm only registering his spanish accent. And he has the cutest name. Massimo. How could you not swoon?  Now, Daniel is latino too, but he doesn't just emanate hot latin love like Massimo does.  Daniel is tall, thin and plays bass, while Massimo has a perfect build and plays soccer. Ugh his loose sweatshirt still hints at Veronica Minogue

LunaDoes anyone here think?  And I mean I know they obviously think about their friends and jokes and drama. But is there anything more to them?  I look around the classroom and see the faces of normal teenagers.  
Do any of them sit down and just contemplate life or time?  The bell rings and they rush out.  
They are always so busy, aren't they? Always trying to do something. And these things, they cloud their mind with this buzzing noise. Sounds that get so loud.  
In the end, I think they just follow it because they are all unorganized notes who's only aspiration is fitting in. Finding a place amongst all the clut Luna

OMG! IT'S THE LAST DAY OF HANUKKAH TODAY!!! so i decided I'd just post one of my favorite Hanukkah song lyrics :D... The last verse is influenced by the Vietnam war.
